Production Time

Production time begins once artwork approval and payment are completed. The estimated production time depends on your order quantity:

  • 25-250 belt bags – 5 business days
  • 251-1000 belt bags – 8 business days
  • 1001-5000 belt bags – 15 business days
  • 5000+ belt bags – Your account manager will provide an exact timeline along with your price quote and proof. Simply submit a request through our Request a Quote form.

 

Here’s How Our Ordering Works So You Know What to Expect:

  1. Submit Your Artwork
    Upload your artwork or provide instructions when placing your order or during quote request. Alternatively, you can email your design to sales@custombeltbag.com. We’ll create FREE digital proof within 24 hours. Need it sooner? Let us know, and we’ll prioritize it.
  2. Approve & Pay
    After approving your proof, complete your payment if not already done during checkout. Once confirmed, we’ll begin production. Production times are calculated in business days.
  3. Shipping
    Once production is complete, your order will be shipped, and you’ll receive tracking details via email. Shipping takes an additional 3-5 business days, so please consider this when planning your order.

For your convenience, we provide an estimated arrival date before you finalize your order, along with your digital proof.
